When will my tracking number become active?
Tracking numbers typically update within 24 to 48 hours after our Dallas warehouse hands your package to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
What if my tracking hasn't updated in several days?
Occasional delays occur during interstate transit. If your tracking has stalled for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team at support@grillatlas.shop or call +1 (972) 241-1162.
Can I track with my Order Confirmation Email?
Yes! You can also click the "View Your Order" link directly in your original confirmation email to view live delivery checkpoints on Shopify's order status page.
