All prices listed on GrillAtlas are denominated in United States Dollars (USD $). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our grills, smokers, and pizza ovens.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for legitimate business reasons, including product unavailability or pricing inaccuracies. As detailed in our Refund Policy, customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement prior to dispatch by contacting customer support.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Manufacturer warranties accompany branded items (e.g., Blaze, Gozney, Kamado Joe, Traeger, Napoleon, Weber). GrillAtlas passes all manufacturer warranties directly to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
