All catalog prices on GrillAtlas are denominated strictly in United States Dollars (USD $). We make every reasonable effort to display high-fidelity technical dimensions, engineering specifications, BTU heat output ratings, and photographic representations of our grills, smokers, and pizza ovens. We reserve the right to correct typographical inaccuracies or adjust catalog pricing without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receipt of an automated digital order confirmation receipt does not signify our final commercial acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel an order for legitimate operational causes, such as inventory unavailability or payment verification discrepancies. As stipulated in our Refund Policy, orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement prior to dispatch.

4. Account and Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to supply current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and physical shipping address details for all transactions completed on GrillAtlas. You agree to update account details promptly so that orders can be fulfilled and delivery appointment calls can be executed without delay.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

GrillAtlas provides services and merchandise on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind other than authorized manufacturer warranties. GrillAtlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper outdoor appliance installation, gas line connections, or non-compliance with local municipal fire codes.

6. Manufacturer Warranty Protection

All branded outdoor cooking equipment sold by GrillAtlas (including Blaze, Gozney, Kamado Joe, Traeger, Napoleon, Weber, and related brands) carries comprehensive, direct factory warranties. GrillAtlas passes all manufacturer warranties directly to you and assists with warranty support documentation.

7. Governing Law and Legal Venue

These Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreements whereby we furnish products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory laws of the State of Texas, United States, with exclusive venue situated in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
