1. Shipping Rates & Order Thresholds

• Orders $50.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping ($0.00) across the contiguous 48 United States.
• Orders under $50.00: $4.99 Flat Rate Standard Ground.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 0–1 business days after your order is successfully placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

4. Domestic Delivery Coverage

We deliver exclusively to verified physical street addresses located within the contiguous 48 United States. Due to carrier freight restrictions and weight considerations for commercial-grade culinary hardware, we cannot ship heavy grills or outdoor pizza ovens to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, offshore US territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military installations.

5. Parcel Carriers and Heavy Freight (LTL) Deliveries

• Small to Medium Parcels (Under 150 lbs): Shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation for premium accessories and cookware.
• Heavy Freight & Commercial Kitchens (150+ lbs): Built-in stainless steel gas grills, refractory stone pizza ovens, and freestanding smokers are dispatched via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Heavy freight shipments include Curbside Delivery with Hydraulic Liftgate at no additional cost. The freight dispatcher will contact you by telephone prior to arrival to coordinate a scheduled delivery appointment window. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to inspect the exterior crate and sign the carrier Bill of Lading.

6. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your shipment is dispatched from our Dallas distribution facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking number. You may also track live shipment checkpoints at any time on our dedicated Track Your Order Page.

7. In-Transit Damage Protocol

All shipments depart our warehouse with factory-sealed packaging and rigorous pallet strapping. Please examine all packaging upon arrival. If noticeable crate damage, punctures, or crushed corners exist, note the condition on the carrier Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing and notify us within 48 hours at support@grillatlas.shop with supporting photos. We will immediately expedite a replacement unit or replacement parts at zero cost to you.
